WHY I CHOOSE THE PRIVATE COMPANY？
As a graduate from academic excellence; I have an edge in the employment market. Facing many attractive choices， I made up my mind to be a member of a private company. And the reason to this decision can be stated as following：
Firstly， with a strong service awareness， private companies have a better marketing competence， and they always respond quickly to customers.
Secondly， they are more competitive in quotation， which enables the salesmen to do far better than their counterparts from foreign or state-owned companies; Thirdly， their very knowledge of the markets in China offers them a flexible operation， and this will not only take the best advantage of employee“s initiation & diligence， but also form a close tie between work & individual”s qualification.
Of course private companies also have weaknesses such as serious brain drain & smaller size than foreign or state-owned ones， but these factors just provide the very reason to support my preference. And I do believe that I have made a wise decision.
