88、不同意，電話和電子郵件讓人覺得更加親密
（1）在相距很遠(yuǎn)的時候，電話經(jīng)常給人一種驚喜。在加拿大給朋友打電話，往往給他們驚喜，使關(guān)系更好。
（2）各種電子郵件讓人覺得更加個性化，比如說在電子郵件中插入一些照片等等。
（3）人們現(xiàn)在都很忙，所以很多人依賴電話作為聊天交流的最佳方式。

Sincethe beginning of humankind people need to communicate with each other. Afterthe development of languages and thanks to the incredible ability of mankind toadvance, nowadays we enjoy the use of many different types of communication.Letters, the Internet, or telephone allows us to communicate freely with therest of the world.
In spiteof above mentioned, I agree with the statement that new types of communicationshave made contacts between people less personal.

Unfortunately,the technology age we live in forces us to adopt the contemporary way ofcommunication, which is almost impersonal. While hurrying to work more and more,chasing our aims, or focusing only on money making, practically we haveforgotten that one of our primary social needs is to communicate face-to-face.To save time we often prefer to send an email or to make a phone call
than tohave a simple face-to-face talk with our friends or parents, for example.
Furthermore,those types of impersonal communications will sooner or later place us intoisolation. Nowadays, we are often afraid to make new acquaintances; we have troublesto express ourselves when we communicate face-to-face; or we experiencedifficulties to hold an informal conversation. What is more, we find mucheasier to communicate with other people by email and phone.
Not onlydo we forget about our simple role as social members but we also do not enjoyit as we did before. Modern technology has made connections between people soimpersonal that we are at the threshold of a new single world culture. Thisfact gives the answer to the question why so many people of our generation arevictims of the illness called loneliness.
