In modern world,we must do something with others.It is neccessary to know why and how to get on with others. We must have the skills that can work with someone .If we work together ,we can save much time. and we also get more chances to learn from each other .Working with whom is another subject .On one hand ,it will be happy if we work with the person we like .Whatever we meet ,and we'll get through .On the other hand ,work with somebody we dislike,we can learn how to bear him and try our best to find his advantages .Maybe time can change us sometimes.
As for how to come to good terms with others,I think that sincerity is the most important.Besides,don't do to others what you wouldn't like them to do to you(己所不欲，勿施于人)esteem is an necessary quality.And finally,in order not to hold your partener back,try your best to finish your work perfectly.
