A comprehensive social argument caused by the municipal works of **city which focus on whether we should give up the municipal works to keep the culture relics.In my opinion,I think that the culture relics should be kept not only because of its long history and it owns the the ancients' essence of wisdom but also because it's the symple of the city.Besides,I want to put forward some advice to solve the problem.The municipal works can be carried out,but it must own a limit which means that we can not ake use of all the earth and small parts of the culture relics can be apropos tore dowm to meet the needs of municipal works.
