安迪·沃霍爾 Andy Warhol
Mellisa M. Previous to the nineteen sixties, art was considered to reflect emotion, knowledge and beauty. Andy Warhol, however, chose to redefine art by “thinking outside the box". Andy Warhol, an enigmatic artist during the sixties and seventies influenced artists around the world to create a new style of art, Pop Art. Warhol advanced the idea of art by creating a new artistic twist by using vibrant colors, and familiar objects and celebrities as his subject. His portrait of Marilyn Monroe is praised by fans everywhere. If Andy Warhol had conformed to the typical style of art, and didn't create Pop Art, then he would not have progressed art to the level it is at now.
