人員出差或出訪，常常需要事先預(yù)訂酒店、會(huì)議室或者飛機(jī)票等等，這類信主要包括以下內(nèi)容：
（1）請(qǐng)求預(yù)訂并說(shuō)明原因；
（2）清對(duì)方答復(fù)并進(jìn)行確認(rèn)。
通常預(yù)訂后都要進(jìn)行確認(rèn)回復(fù)，說(shuō)明是否滿足預(yù)訂要求，如果不能滿足要說(shuō)明原因。
