In such peaceful years, people are not only enjoying the fantastic lives but also suffering the harms from some lawbreakers at the same time. Some people think that the lawbreakers should be sent into the jail as a serious punishment. However, others claim that they can make some contributions to our community to correct their faults. In my opinion, both of these views are reasonable to certain extent.
違法者應(yīng)該受到嚴(yán)重的懲罰，他們做出對(duì)社會(huì)和人民有害的事情就應(yīng)該在監(jiān)獄里認(rèn)真反思爭(zhēng)取重新做人。例如，有人在商場(chǎng)里吸煙導(dǎo)致重大火災(zāi)的發(fā)生造成數(shù)十人的死亡和財(cái)產(chǎn)的重大損失。對(duì)于這種人應(yīng)該得到法律的制裁并用其畢生的時(shí)間去懺悔。我認(rèn)為，像上述這種忽略他人生命的人應(yīng)該被送到監(jiān)獄。
Some lawbreakers should be punished by our society for the harmful incidents they made to both the community and the public. They need to have a deep consideration about their faults in the jail. Nevertheless, although some people did the bad things to others, they have rights to get the opportunity to correct their unjustified behaviors by making more contributions to society.
