很高興參加2009”青海藏毯國際展覽會(huì)開幕式，在此，我代表中國商務(wù)部，對(duì)展覽會(huì)的召開表示熱烈的祝賀，對(duì)參展參會(huì)的國內(nèi)外客商表示誠摯的歡迎！
It gives me great pleasure to attend the opening ceremony of the Qinghai International Carpet Exhibition 2009. On behalf of the Ministry of Commerce， I would like to extend my congratulations on the opening of the exhibition， and my warm welcome to the guests from home and abroad！
今年是中華人民共和國成立60周年。建國以來特別是改革開放30年來，中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和對(duì)外開放取得了舉世矚目的成就，經(jīng)濟(jì)總量躍居全球第四，外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口居全球第三，吸收外資連續(xù)16年居發(fā)展中國家之首，為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。去年以來，面對(duì)國際金融危機(jī)的蔓延和深化，中國政府反應(yīng)迅速、判斷準(zhǔn)確、科學(xué)決策，將宏觀調(diào)控重點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)向“保增長(zhǎng)、擴(kuò)內(nèi)需、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)”，在擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需的同時(shí)，努力保持對(duì)外貿(mào)易的穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)。1-5月份，扣除價(jià)格因素，社會(huì)消費(fèi)品零售總額同比增長(zhǎng)16.4%，比去年同期加快4.2個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。但受金融危機(jī)影響，對(duì)外貿(mào)易仍處于低位運(yùn)行，1-5月貿(mào)易額下降24.7%，其中出口下降21.8%。為此，各地正在積極采取措施，努力把金融危機(jī)的影響降到最低程度。今天在這里舉辦的藏毯國際展覽會(huì)，就是青藏兩省區(qū)貫徹“保增長(zhǎng)”目標(biāo)的重要舉措，同時(shí)也為當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下國際地毯界加強(qiáng)合作交流、共同應(yīng)對(duì)危機(jī)提供了良好契機(jī)。

This year marks the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People”s Republic of China. Since its founding， especially over the past three decades of reform and opening-up， China has scored remarkable achievements in both economic development and opening-up. Today， China stands as the fourth largest economy and third largest trading nation of the world， and has been the biggest recipient of foreign direct investment amongst developing nations for 16 years in a row. China has been a main contributor to world economic growth and stability. Since last year， in the face of the spreading and worsening international financial crisis， the Chinese government has reacted promptly with wise judgment and scientific decisions by shifting the focus of macro control onto “maintaining growth， expanding domestic demand and readjusting the economic structure”。 While expanding home-grown demand， the country has also been trying to stabilize foreign trade. From January to May this year， inflation adjusted， the total social retail sales increased by 16.4% over the same period last year. The growth rate was 4.2 percentage points higher than the same period last year. However， due to the financial crisis， foreign trade figures are still in the low range. The volume of foreign trade fell by 24.7% in the first five months. In breakdown， export was down by 21.8%. To minimize the impact of the financial crisis， proactive measures have been taken across China. The exhibition we are hosting today is precisely an important step taken by Tibet and Qinghai toward maintaining economic growth. It is also an excellent opportunity for the international carpet industry to strengthen cooperation and exchange and to formulate a collective response to the ongoing crisis. <a Href=http://www.zequeka.cn/minifoRm.html>蘇州作文輔導(dǎo)班</a>
藏毯作為集藏民族文化與藝術(shù)于一體的工藝珍品，越來越受到國內(nèi)外消費(fèi)者的青睞。截至目前，青海藏毯國際展覽會(huì)已成功舉辦五屆，累計(jì)成交額達(dá)1.6億美元，已成為西部地區(qū)對(duì)外開放的重要平臺(tái)，有力地促進(jìn)了周邊省區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，帶動(dòng)了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和農(nóng)牧民增收。為進(jìn)一步落實(shí)好國家西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略，促進(jìn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，商務(wù)部將在原有工作基礎(chǔ)上，繼續(xù)一如既往地支持這一展會(huì)的舉辦，不斷提高其國際化、專業(yè)化水平。
As treasured works of art with ethnic cultural value， Tibetan carpets are becoming more and more popular among consumers from home and abroad. This exhibition has been successfully held for five times， with a total trading value of 160 million USD. It is already an important platform for opening up the western region. It has contributed to economic development in the neighboring provinces and regions， to industrial restructuring and to higher incomes for local farmers and cattle raisers. To further implement China”s Western Regional Development Strategy and promote coordinated regional development， the Ministry of Commerce will continue to build on the role of this exhibition and make it more international and more specialized. <a href=http://www.zequeka.cn/miniform.html>蘇州語文作文閱讀培訓(xùn)</a>
